Which countries do you ship from?

We provide shipping from two different warehouses, International and USA.  Our customers in America usually prefer US warehouse. You receive your products faster and without most customs problems.

In international warehouse shipments, smooth delivery is realised with a rate of over 90%. 

Shipping Times

USA Warehouse: 1-4 Days ( To USA )

International Warehouse: 5-12 Days ( worldwide )

All of orders are packed and shipped by using reliable and discreet methods. 

Please wait at least 4 weeks before contacting us regarding non-arrival shipments. If your order gets seized at custom of your country please contact us immediately with a scanned copy of the seizure letter and new shipping address. Your order will be re-shipped for free right away.

All shipments are delivered by first-class, priority regular registered airmail service. You can email us ( [email protected]) to learn tracking number of your shipment if you don't get a working tracking number in 3 business days from the day you emailed us the payment informations.

Regular shipping cost is 25 USD for every order. Please contact us for express delivery.

Estimated time of arrival is 5 to 12 business days, except for USA Domestic orders 1-4 days.

We have almost 100% delivery success rate to all Europe, United States. We have 80% success rate to Canada.

We send packages to address that you entered at processing your order We take no responsibility non-delivery packages due to missing or incorrect shipping address.

Insurance

You can insure your order by plus paying %10 of your order total. If your packet is lost, damage etc.. We reship your order unlimited time. In that situation we offer your %100 delivery promise. The countries those we do not insure
